It functions as an umbrella scheme, incorporating various initiatives to address issues affecting women throughout their life cycle. The program aims to empower women, ensure their safety, and make them equal partners in nationbuilding.

Brief Activity Report
Mission Shakti programme was organized by the TBMVKS in Seminar Hall on 23rd October 2024. The theme of the programme was ‘Female Foeticide’. The programme was inaugurated by the welcome address of Dr. Anju Singh, organizing secretary of the programme who invited the Theatre group ‘Adamya’ for their talk on gender issues with the students present in the programme. The idea to invite this group was to break the silence which is one of the important objectives of Mission Shakti. The event marked a “Guftoo”, direct talk of Adamya theatre group on gender issues with the students on topics like marital rape, menstruation. Dance performance by Neha and Saumya Singh set the house on fire and through their performances conveyed a strong message to save the girl child. The convenor of Mission Shakti, talked about the objective of Mission Shakti programme which is an initiative of government of Uttar Pradesh to empower girls and women of the state. She also stressed upon that girls should come forward and take the lead.
