ABOUT TBMVKS

Established in 2001, TBMVKS is a national organization working deeply on UP & Bihar to improve the health and wellbeing of women and children. Starting with a focus on nutrition, sanitation, child rights, education, and adolescent development. TBMVKS emphasizes community involvement, awareness, and capacity building to preventing female feticide and promoting the PC-PNDT Act bring about lasting, grassroots-level change. TBMVKS strengthens Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to foster local leadership and sustainable impact. Through research, advocacy, training, and collaboration with government schemes, it ensures effective programmed delivery. By organizing workshops, awareness drives, and engaging communities, TBMVKS envisions a society where women and children are safe, informed, and empowered to lead better lives. TBMVKS continues to inspire positive change by promoting equality, dignity, and empowerment for women and children through community engagement, awareness programs, and partnerships that strengthen grassroots initiatives and sustainable development efforts. TBMVKS has been contributing to Uttar Pradesh for last 25 years. To contribute for the consistent endeavor towards enhancing capacity of individuals and communities to understand numerous skill development and employment programs to boosting job creation and providing social security. vocational training to women’s and adolescents in areas like tailoring, beauty parlors, and computer literacy, along with entrepreneurial training and soft skills development. These programs aim to enhance employability, promote entrepreneurship, and foster personal growth. TBMVKS organized several government schemes aim to boost income generation for women and youth in India. These schemes often provide financial assistance, skill development, and entrepreneurship support. Some notable examples include Mahila Shakti Kendra (MSK), Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY), and schemes focused on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
