Mission
To work toward ensuring a better quality of life among the poor and deprived section of society especially women and children. TBMVKS seeks to empower the target groups in a manner so that they are able to take up the development activities in their own hands.
Vision
TBMVKS envisions a society free from any type of exploitation and injustice.

Our Philosophy
Our primary aim is to strengthen and empower the micro NGOs and communities working on health, child survival, child right and gender equality issues at grass root level. Along with this, we also take up advocacy of issues pertaining to health imbalances at different levels by demonstrating workable models and creating larger environment for change. TBMVKS focus on creating pathways for individuals to acquire new skills and leverage them for sustainable livelihoods. This includes fostering an environment that supports both formal and informal skill development, encourages entrepreneurship, and provides access to resources and opportunities for self-employment.

Our Approach
As a women-centric organization, TBMVKS integrates ‘Gender’ as a cross-cutting theme and incorporates girl-focused and gender-transformative approaches across all our initiatives. Our aim is to align our efforts with the goal of promoting gender justice in our intervention areas. Specifically, we prioritize gender-transformative processes in projects focused on girls’ education, family planning, maternal and child health, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH). Our approach begins with adopting gender-responsive behaviours, which we gradually transform into gender-transformative behaviours that challenge and change harmful social norms and practices. By doing so, we aim to create a lasting impact that empowers girls and women to achieve their full potential.

TBMVKS engage on Blood donation campaigns vital to new donors, spread awareness and ensure an adequate blood donation to time to time. From leveraging social media to telling donor stories, launching a successful donation campaign requires effective strategies to make an impact. TBMVKS always explores how two blood donation campaigns used community engagement and social marketing to drive awareness and address the blood shortage. Our Strategy
can thrive in an environment that is safe, healthy, and empowering. To achieve this, we
operate on three key principals:
- Align and synergize: We align our interventions and interactions with other priority issues such as gender equality, education, health, nutrition, hygiene, and sanitation, with a focus on the most vulnerable segments of the community, including men.
- Drive sustainable solutions to bring long term change: We strive to not only
acknowledge and identify challenges on the ground but also to be a driving force
behind sustainable solutions. This involves generating evidence through research,
advocating for change, and creating knowledge that can inform policy decisions. - Collaborate to achieve impact and scale: We partner with public systems, media outlets, academia, and like-minded civil society organizations to disseminate information, scale up our impact, and integrate our programs and policies into existing frameworks.
